Legal information
It is legal for employers to employ EU citizens who do not have a permanent address and are not yet registered in Denmark with a CPR number (civil registration number). In fact, documenting employment is one of the pre-requisites for EU-citizens to register as a worker under EU law. Information for employers on hiring EU-citizens is available on the website of the City of Copenhagen (in Danish).
