The temporary unavailability of the service means that you cannot use the digital self-service solution of the Pladsanvisningen to:
- sign up your child on the waiting list
- accept or decline an offered place
- withdraw your child from daycare
- apply for income-based subsidy
During the maintainance period, you can send us an email regarding the above matters. We will process all cases retroactively so that no deadlines are affected.
Sign-up, response to an offer, or withdrawal from daycare
Please send us a secure email via Digital Post including your child’s full name and your message regarding registration, acceptance or refusal of the offer, or withdrawal from daycare.
Income-based subsidy
If you wish to apply for the income-based subsidy, you can wait to submit your application until after the maintenance period. The application date will not affect the outcome.
