Taekwondo and Yoga at Nørrebro

It's not too late to achieve your new year resolution of getting fit by joining taekwondo or doing yoga at Nørrebro Taekwondo.

Nørrebro Taekwondo welcomes everyone aged 15 and above to try taekwondo and yoga in week 4. 

Welcome to Taekwondo for adults 

  • Monday, January 21, from 17:00 to 19:00 and Wednesday, 23 January, from 19:00 to 21:00 
  • The adult team at Nørrebro Taekwondo Club has room for both beginners and experienced athletes, and the age group ranges from 15 to 50+. Remember to bring regular exercise clothes and drinking water. 

Welcome to Yoga - Women's Team 

  • Tuesday, January 22, from 17:00 to 18:00 and Thursday, 24 January, from 17:00 to 18:00 
  • The instructor is experienced in hatha yoga which focuses on strength, agility, breathing and balance to help you get fit and release stress. Remember to bring regular exercise clothes 

Welcome to Yoga
