A business plan is a description of the business you want to start as well as a plan on how you intend to run and develop it. A business plan can be necessary if you need to talk to a bank or an investor.

Business Model Canvas
A detailed projection of all estimated income and expenses based on forecasted sales revenue during a given period (usually one year).

The establishing budget shows how much money you need to start up your business. You could also call it a start budget.
