How do I get help with Digital Post?

Since the 1st of November 2014 letters and messages from public authorities have been sent by Digital Post.

It is therefore important to know how you access the system and read your mail.  

If you need help to set up Digital Post or to get started using it, there are different options.

You can:

  • Find information about Digital Post in the folders below in different languages
  • Call user support for Digital Post on phone: +45 38 17 11 87 and get help (open weekdays 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., weekends 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
  • Visit Københavns Borgerservice (Copenhagen Citizen Service) and get personal help. Remember to bring your NemID if you have one.
  • Sign up for a course at the library (in Danish).
