EU citizens with residence in Denmark must send an application to their home municipality to be included in the electoral roll.
The application must be sent no later than Tuesday 23 April 2019.

If you live in the municipality of Copenhagen, the application must be sent by mail to:
Københavns Kommune, Folkeregister, Nyropsgade 7, 1602 Kbh. V.

Special rules for EU diplomats and others
Nationals from EU countries resident in Denmark as diplomats at representations in this country or who are employed on diplomatic-like terms by present EU or international organizations, etc., and who are registered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' protocol, have the right to vote and are eligible for municipal and regional elections and European Parliament elections in Denmark.
In order to be admitted to the electoral roll, they must send an application to the municipality where they have their private residence (address) at the time of application.
