Corona test without appointment

It is still important to get tested. At pop up test centres in Copenhagen you can get tested without scheduling an appointment.

At pop up test centres in the City of Copenhagen you can get a corona test with a throat swab (PCR-test) without having to schedule an appointment first. This test is especially recommended in the following situations:

  • If you have symptoms
  • If you have been in close contact with an infected person
  • If you are visiting a person in an at-risk group

Pop up test centres

Tingbjerg Pensionist Center, Ruten 20, 2700 Brønshøj
Monday the 11th to Sunday the 17th January. All days from 12pm-6pm.

Københavns Universitet, Søndre Campus, Njalsgade 76, København S (entrance: follow the rambla from Islands Brygge metro station).
Monday the 7th to Sunday the 24th January. All days from 12pm-6pm.

Nørebrohallen, Nørrebrogade 208, København N, (entrance from Den Røde Plads)
Monday the 25th to 31th January.All days from 12pm-6pm.

Remember to your yellow health card, a face mask and distance. If you feel so sick that you need to speak with a doctor, you will need to stay at home and call your own doctor or 1813.
Remember that the test is only a momentary glimpse.

Isolation stay

The City of Copenhagen offers a free isolation stay for everyone who is tested positive for corona and who do not have the option of isolating themselves in their own home. If you are under 18 years old, you will be offered an isolation stay with an adult from your household.
